A native of Miami, Gary holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Florida international University, class of 1994.
He recognized the importance of being actively involved in the local community and some of his favorite volunteer efforts include coaching youth baseball teams. He greatly enjoys (gourmet cuisine) the outdoor activities especially golf and boating.
